Zucchini Bread
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 zucchini (about 3/4 pound), unpeeled, grated (about 2 cups)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
